EEL GROVE was a substantial development for the MFO USA team. Together we successfully budgeted, contracted, and oversaw the development of a one-of-a-kind recreational and farmland property in Northeast Arkansas. Primarily developed for waterfowl hunting and deer hunting, EG has an extensive drainage network that ensures proper water management and the ability to flood annual crops easily. In addition to crops such as corn and soybeans, EG has a moist soil unit and flooded timber. Lastly, EG has a lake on the property that yields impressive large mouth bass and crappie.
